Often we are so focused on training the body that we completely forget to train the mind. Find out how to do both with new-edge information and discussions. Strength, flexibility, 6-pack abs, workout routines, and nutrition will be the focus for the physical portion. For mentality, discussions and news will be focused on dimensions of character: leadership, attitude, and passion.

Life Lessons: Control
A common, but innocent human failure is our perspective on control. We often focus on things that are bigger than we are instead of realizing what we can control--ourselves. There are many things in life that will take place around you. What we usually fail to focus on is what happens within. We can control our attitudes and actions. When we do this, it is likely that the problems we tried to fix on the outside will now be solved because of what we have done for ourselves inside. Remember: You can always control what happens within you, but the same cannot be said for what happens around you.
Congratulations on your new blog. It looks great and definitely has the right focus. As for your next step I would look for other blogs with similar topics and create a blogroll. Start with Ms. Spiedel's running/training blog. Let her know that you are blogging and I bet she will include your link. The best thing you can do to attract attention is comment on other people's blogs, which allows you to include a link to your own site.
